My Dear Nutty Cup Lovers,
It is with a very heavy heart that I share that the Nutty Kitchen will be closing at the end of March. As with so many small businesses, the last few years have been difficult, but last year hit us especially hard with continued inflation, the economic downturn, supply chain issues, the rising cost of labor and staffing shortages. Additionally, as some of you know, my family had to move overseas in 2021. I did my best to keep things going from afar while my incredible team was in Brooklyn making all your Nutty dreams come true. The team worked tirelessly to ensure your Nutty Cups arrived delicious, beautiful and wonderfully Nutty; ensuring Nutty Smiles could continue to be spread far and wide. I am so grateful for my team's incredible dedication and hard work.
And I will forever be grateful to all of you, who supported us in so many ways over these last 9 years. Jessie's Nutty Cups couldn't have made it this far without each and every one of you, and every single person who gave our Nutty little business a try. It has been an absolute pleasure serving you.
With that being said, I am still hopeful that this is not goodbye, but rather, see you later. There have been some conversations with another incredible company that has expressed an interest in helping make sure our Nutty legacy lives on. If this comes to be, you will of course be the first to find out.
And with that, I would like to thank you one last time... for everything.
