MY DOG SUDDENLY BECAME VERY ATTACHED TO MY WIFE & WOULDN'T LEAVE HER ALONE — WHEN I FOUND OUT WHY, I GOT DIVORCED.

Our 3-year-old Labrador Retriever, Rocky, has recently become ridiculously attached to my wife of 8 years, especially after she got sick with a stomach bug.

He's always been a snuggler and favored her, but his clinginess just wouldn't stop, even after she got better.

Now he's a nervous wreck whenever she leaves, sitting by the door until she gets back and glued to her side when she's home. It got worse when he actually growled at another dog near her during a walk, something he's never done before.

We were freaked out, thinking it might be an aggression issue, so we decided to take him to the vet to make sure he wasn't in pain and to figure out what was going on. But soon, I discovered the real reason, and IT TURNED MY WORLD UPSIDE DOWN BECAUSE MY WIFE...⬇️

MY HUSBAND SHAMELESSLY WENT ON VACATION ALONE, LEAVING ME AND OUR BABY AT THE AIRPORT — HE DIDN'T GET AWAY WITH IT.

I'd been looking forward to this vacation for months. My husband and I had planned a week-long getaway, and it was supposed to be a break for both of us. We have a 6-month-old daughter, and, as you can imagine, things have been hectic.

So there we are at the airport, and our little one starts crying uncontrollably right before we're supposed to board. I take her to the bathroom to calm her down, thinking my husband is right behind us. But as soon as I left the bathroom, I realized we were late. I started looking for my husband, pretty sure he would never go without us. No sign of him.

I whip out my phone to call him, only to get a message from him instead. It's a selfie of him on the plane, grinning like an idiot, with the caption: "I couldn't wait any longer. I really need this vacation. I work so hard. Come on the next flight."

I stood there, shocked and fuming. Our daughter was still fussing, and I had no idea what to do. But I was not going to let him get away with it.

MY WIFE HAD AMNESIA FOR YEARS BEFORE WE MET — TO MY SHOCK, MY NEW BOSS RECOGNIZED HER.

Zoe, my wife, lost her memory eight years ago in a car accident. She tried various treatments to regain her memories, but nothing worked, so she built a new life. Now, she's a successful writer, and we have two kids. I'm incredibly proud of her.

Recently, my boss was fired and replaced by Michael, who came from another state. To get to know everyone, he organized a party where we could all bring our significant others.

As I introduced Zoe to Michael, I noticed him staring at her strangely, while Zoe looked absolutely freaked out. Suddenly, Michael shouted:

MY MIL WENT WITH US ON OUR HONEYMOON TO MAKE MY LIFE HELL – I DIDN'T WANT TO PUT UP WITH IT AND PLANNED THE PERFECT PAYBACK.

My husband and I were getting ready to go on our honeymoon. As we got into the car to head to the airport, my husband casually said we needed to stop by his mother's place first.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because she's coming with us. She's never been on a vacation or traveled abroad in her entire life, so it's only fair she goes with us."

To say I was stunned would be an understatement. "When were you planning to tell me this? And what about our reservations?" I demanded.

"I changed the reservations and tickets a while ago. She insisted on it, and I thought you wouldn't mind since you're such a kind person."

I WAS LIVID. He decided everything without me and changed our plans. Two weeks on the islands with my mother-in-law sounded like hell. I even thought about canceling everything, but then A BRILLIANT IDEA STRUCK ME.
