Fourth of July is right around the corner in St Pete 🎆
For many pets, fireworks are more stressful than festive. Loud booms and flashing skies can leave them anxious and scared.
A little planning helps a lot:
Keep pets indoors during fireworks
Close windows and curtains, and add background noise
Make sure ID tags and collars are secure
Set up a cozy, quiet, safe space they can retreat to
As this sweet cartoon says, a one-way ticket to anywhere without fireworks sounds pretty ideal for our furry friends 🐾
Let’s help them feel safe, calm, and cared for this holiday weekend ❤️💜💚
Keep your dogs safe this 4th of July! 🐶🇺🇸
Did you know that more dogs go missing on July 4th than any other time of the year?
Fireworks can be frightening and overwhelming for many dogs, so consider taking precautions to calm your furry friends.
Keep your pups inside and provide a calming outlet such as DOGTV to distract and relax them! 🐾
