We live in a castle it is only appropriate we have the first ever jousting match!
Knight Nora and Knight Jocelyn had a fight to the finish with Knight Jocelyn raising the crown! HUZZAH!

At a QAJAQ USA event when we say there is a mentor working with you right by the side of you kayak …. This is what makes the difference!
Trying to clean up some spots in the reverse sweep forward finishing roll and get the body to not open too soon. Aiming to be at 3 o’clock. Compensating for some body issues, but changed focus to dropping the top hip while drive the water leg across! Thanks Kam at Michigan Training Camp!
