This Saturday, give yourself a few hours to simply receive.

I’ll be opening the YOU GROW GIRL! community event with a Divine Feminine Meditation & Sound Journey at 9 before the event starts, followed by a day of connection, local vendors, workshops, and community.

Y’all, I’m so excited!! I have the honor of opening this year’s YOU GROW GIRL! community event.

Before the vendors, workshops, giveaways, and all the good conversations, I’ll be guiding a Divine Feminine Meditation and Sound Journey.

Not to fix or transform you. And certainly not to make you into a “better version” of yourself. Nah, this is simply an opportunity to pause for a moment and remember yourself because life is loud af!! Responsibilities are loud, expectations are loud. It’s ALL screaming for our attention and time… whew, breathe.

This is a chance to turn the volume down for a few minutes and just be.
