Have you ever gone through something and God seemed silent? You are not alone. But just because He seemed silent, does not mean He didn’t care. It doesn’t mean He stopped loving you. Sometimes He may seem silent, but it doesn’t mean He ever left you alone.

In my book “For Such a Time as Everly” Everly wonders why God allowed something to happen. She prays, asking Him to bring her out of the situation, and wondering why He allowed it in the first place.

But by the end (spoiler alert) she’s thanking God for His goodness. 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Hi! Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Ashley, and I’m a Christian indie author. I write Christian books that I hope will help bring people closer to Jesus. I have 4 books out so far. I have a YA retelling of Esther, a YA fantasy, a book of poetry, and a romance, all with Christian themes!

Besides writing, I’m married (over ten years!) to a youth pastor, I’m a nanny, and I’m an avid reader! My other hobbies include thrifting, sewing, and the occasionally baking and painting.
