Today marks One month of eating a 🌱 whole food-plant based diet and feeling amazing.
Things I notice:
-More energy
-needing less sleep to feel rested
-Less food noise and cravings
-Stay full longer.. hello fiber ⭐️
-no desire for snacking
-a deep sense of feeling “lighter” hard to describe.
