chronic debilitating pain is a sonofa b word. Some day are decent, and I get on a roll, and am hella productive. And others days- well. Other days require mental fortitude to push through the pain and get to work. Today is one of those days. My back pain is intensely uncomfortable. The ache radiates all down my legs. But I knew I'd feel better emotionally if I made something. So by golly, I did.

all in a days work.... Dichroic glass cabochons melted, finished patina on a few stained glass suncatchers... prepped a batch of painting prints to go home to their new owners, and spent some time on a new piece. Sigh. Its been a pretty dang decent day 🤘💜✨🎨

its a gosh dang rainy day sparkle party in my studio today ✨ melted some new cabochons this morning, using combinations of dichroic, aventurine and translucent purples and greens 🥰

my journey into merging my art x apparel continues. I've been using a print on demand service, but id love to be able to offer more customizable options. So- I got an iron on made of my "Memory of a Rainbow" design to try out an idea... going to cut it out tomorrow and iron it on one of my favorite garments, to wear to markets.
We'll see how it holds up to the wash test. Would be cool to offer a patch type situation... So many experiments!
