Nine weeks until Thanksgiving. It is tighter than it sounds.

A wall oven is not a next-day purchase. It gets chosen, ordered, delivered and installed, and every one of those steps takes real time in October and November.

Our own crew brings it in, hooks it up, and takes the old one out; we even have a licensed electrician on our install crew! Not a third party, not a rotating subcontractor. Our people.

If you want to cook on it in November, pick it in September.
