Kona Ice Event Specialist/Driver:
As a Kona Ice Event Specialist/Driver, you will be responsible for operating a one-of-a-kind Kona Ice unit, creating a fun and memorable experience for our customers while giving back to the community. This role involves driving, event management, and customer service, ensuring every event meets our high brand standards.
Responsibilities:
• Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering exceptional customer service and a fun-filled experience.
• Safely operate and maintain Kona Ice trucks and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with driving, safety, and company policies.
• Transport Kona Ice units from the warehouse to events, ensuring timely setup with all necessary inventory.
• Set up, operate, and break down the unit while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and provide feedback for improvement.
• Perform inventory and cash counts after events.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with large vehicles, food trucks, or towing is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $20/hour
