Sometimes you might get unexpected defects such as this 11 inch balloon 🎈 Defects like these can be frustrating but unfortunately these are things missed by the manufacturers🏭 You find them a lot in low quality balloons but high quality brands like Sempertex and Tuftex can sometimes bring 1 or 2 like these 😔 Regardless they are still excellent brands and you shouldn’t expect to find these often at all ✨ Shop quality brands here at Balloon Stories 🛍️
