I had a fabulous day sourcing today. Even though I only hit half the stops I’d hoped to I managed to find some really great things! My favorite is the paperweight pictured. Isn’t it so cool!

The most valuable that I’m aware of so far shockingly is that Santa Blow Mold. If he works I might be able to get $120ish on eBay! 😳

Todays fun find! I found this intriguing little doll today. She was made out of clay which I thought was unusual so I purchased her.

Turns out she is a Santons doll, made in Provence France. Apparently around the time of the French Revolution the government banned nativity scenes. So the populace rebelled and started making these clay dolls into their own form of nativity scenes with every day folk as the characters. The tradition became popular and they are still made today. This girl, that looks like Betsy Ross to me, I suspect was made in the 70’s-90’s. But they are very hard to track down. She will be listed on eBay shortly!
