Here’s another great reason to visit downtown North Wilkesboro this holiday weekend! 🏁🎬

The Liberty Theatre is bringing Disney and Pixar’s Cars back to the big screen for its 20th anniversary. Thanks to the generosity of Modern Ford of Boone, a portion of every ticket is being covered—making all tickets just $3!

Shows begin this Friday, so make a day of it! Enjoy our downtown shops and restaurants, then catch a movie at our historic local theater.

We’re pretty excited about this one!!! Cook’s Sports has been named a 2026 Best of the Mountains winner by the readers of Blue Ridge Country Magazine! After 80 years in business, recognition like this means so much because it comes from the people who have supported us all these years. Generations of customers have shopped with us, supported local, and helped make Cook’s what it is today. 80 years and still feeling the love. ❤️
