Local summer is here! What’s on the menu? I am glad you asked here’s the line up!

We took our Cheddar Broccoli Potato Soup and added it to a bread bowl from Nino's Bakery 🤯

The Caprese Pesto Chick’n is Back
This sandwich is on another level w/ Italian pesto, fried Italian tofu cutlet on arugula topped with kindkitchen_eats mozzarella roasted red peppers and balsamic drizzle 🤤

Another favorite is our Summers End Salad!
Seasoned kale w/ green apples, walnuts, cranberries, crispy quinoa topped w/ tangy green apple vinaigrette. Step it up by adding blue cheese for $1 🎉

As always we will have the Fresh filled cannoli

September is here and we can not wait to be back Vegan in NJ 🌱 Monthly Vendor Market

Now let’s talk about what we have on the menu! First we have our new sandwich, “The Southern Collision” thinly sliced jackfruit and oyster mushrooms braised in a sweet, smoky, spicy and tangy bbq sauce with broccoli slaw and topped with a fried mack and cheese ball on a pretzel bun with a side of potato salad 🤤

Next up is our Chick’n Caesar pasta salad! You have had our Caesar wraps and salads try it with some gluten free pasta and roasted chickpeas along with the classic pickled red onions 😉

New to the rotation is our Buffalo Chickpea spread blended with cashews and cauliflower on a wrap with lettuce, tomato and red onion with a side of a ranch dressing and pita chips.

We brought back the Cheeseburger egg rolls made with walnut grounds caramelized onions, relish and cheddar fried till golden with a side of Mac sauce

As always we will have our fresh filled cannoli

Looking forward to serving you, just remember this special won’t come back until next September unless yall really like it maybe we will bring it back sooner! As always Stay Humble 🙏

July is here and wow we hope everyone is safe from these crazy storms and the loads of water we couldn’t control. We really hope everyone is safe from the roof collapsing 🙏

With the concerns out of the way we can share some incredible news! Curbside pick up is happening 👀

You heard that right, we can finally provide more opportunities for anyone visiting or passing through who can’t make it to one of our pop ups! This curbside pick up window will allow us to do some different creations too so stay tuned for more!

First up, curbside pickup July 26th from 12-5pm we will give you more information in our next post for preorder opportunities, it helps us prepare for that day and please be patient with us as we figure out all the kinks. 🙏

Next up August 2nd from 12-6pm in Atlantic Highlands we are coming to the Food Truck and Music Festival and we are rocking some classics!

Finally, we are back in Neptune w/ Vegan in NJ 🌱 Monthly Vendor Market we all have missed these markets but it was a much needed break for Cherise and her family and we can’t wait to serve you all some awesome food! Looking forward to the classic and comfort of the market we call home!

Happy June 1st every one, the weather is beautiful and the sun is out what more could you have asked for? Oh wait, what about a new cannoli in the mix!? 👀

This is absolutely real! We have been working on combining fresh strawberries into our cannoli cream and let me tell you adding the reduction pure bliss, topped w/ crushed golden cookies and crushed freeze dried strawberries it’s the perfect combo to bring you back to your days 🍓🤤

We are back at it! We’ve got some exciting events coming up, starting with the on May 3rd, with a new special of course! Oh, reminder make sure to stop by this will be the last one before we come back in September!

we are ready for you on May 16-17th you already know! For anyone looking and asking for merch don’t worry, we will have some new gear ready for those who want to rep some Humble Roots

In June we have a private event and we won’t be bringing cannoli, we got a few things in mind and we are looking forward to it! Later in June we will be joining slinging cannoli for a wedding, we can’t wait to serve you all in the next coming months.
