I know you have a big heart. However, burnout is real & satan loves to weaponize the beautiful empathy that God gave us to the point of exhaustion so that it feels like we have nothing left to give Him at the end of the day. I hate to break it to you but you aren't the only capable person (oop 👀). Someone else can do the job, the dishes don't have to get done right away, & you need to stop jumping in front of all of your kids problems so they can fail a little bit. There is nothing honorable about burning yourself out, you were made to be still. Use that PTO, put your foot down, open that devotional you picked up months ago, and let your kids eat sandwiches & chips for dinner tonight (in no particular order 🤣).
