Apparently once down this hill wasnā€™t enough. šŸ˜‚

We returned to Gene Leahy Mall in downtown Omaha for one last roll down the green hill.

No elaborate attraction. No expensive ticket. Just one of those stupidly fun moments that proves you donā€™t have to go farā€”or spend muchā€”to make a memory.

At the historic Squirrel Cage Jail, we climbed inside to experience the incredibly confined space prisoners once occupied.

Standing there today is uncomfortable enough. Imagining actually living inside one is something else entirely.

During our visit to the historic Squirrel Cage Jail, we stepped inside one of these incredibly confined cells to imagine what it would have been like to actually live there with another prisoner.
