Before stepping into the world of realty, Monica used her criminal justice degree to work within Boys Town and Federal Probation within the federal system. Throughout the entire buying or selling process, Monica remains very supportive, attending all aspects of the sale, including walk-throughs, inspections, and closings. When handling negotiations, Monica always keeps her clients' needs at the forefront of her mind. Monica got started with realty when she and her husband began buying properties to rent to families. After buying a few properties her interest in real estate grew tremendously as she saw it as a bigger outlet for her passion. Now she has been a realtor for over one-and-a-half years. Because of Monica's experience in buying and selling properties of her own, she can offer a valuable perspective to her clients and give helpful and honest advice along the way. During her time as a realtor, Monica has earned the 2016 Cartus Excellence Award. She is also the recipient of the Quality Service Producer for two years in a row, proving that her clients are consistently satisfied with her work.
