Let me put this out there so that no one else IMs me with this question.
NO, I do not sell any replicas or reproductions. No Atlanta Cutlery, Cold Steel, Windlass, or any blade that has the words Stainless Steel, Made In China, or India, or Philippines on it. Because of the time period, 1800-1980, of the US Military blades and North American Fraternal Society blades that I sell, if not made in Canada or the United States, will have been produced in either Soligen Germany, or France, or Italy. I will occasionally have a British blade to sell. If you want a make believe sword, buy it off the internet.

And yes, I will attempt to get a particular sword you are looking for, but make NO promises on a time line, as it occasional will take me years to find something. In one case it took me almost 30 years to find something I wanted for my personal collection.

Thank You

These are some pictures of a Japanese blade that I picked up a couple days ago from a woman setting up for an estate sale. It had been sitting in her husband‘s garage for about 60 years unprotected from the elements and I don’t know anything about Japanese blades. I’ve located some markings on the tank between the mounting hole and the end of the tang. On one side they appear to be 10 individual characters. On the opposite side, there appeared to be four distinct characters, possibly a fifth.
