Our NA Ram Air was designed specifically for the 2018+ F-150 5.0 to get the intake out of the hot engine bay and put that front-end airflow to work.

The WRCC Innovations Ram Air is finally at home.

Our shop truck is officially wearing the production WRCC Innovations Ram Air Intake, complete with the exclusive color logo something that will remain unique to our personal truck.

This system was built with one goal: real performance without compromise. From the carbon fiber piping to the sealed ram air design, every detail was engineered to maximize airflow while maintaining an OEM quality fit and finish.

We're proud to finally show off the finished product and can't wait to see the first customer kits installed.

Thank you to everyone who supported us through the development process and pre-orders. Your kits are shipping, and we're excited to see your trucks on the road!

THEY ARE HERE!

The carbon fiber components have officially arrived, and they look incredible.

We're getting all pre orders boxed up and ready to ship as quickly as possible. Thank you to everyone who has been patient throughout the development and production process it means a lot to us.

Production Update!

Our carbon fiber intake pipes are nearing completion! Our manufacturer has sent us the latest production photos, and everything is looking great.

We’ve been told the finished pipes should be on their way to us by Monday. As soon as they arrive, we’ll begin final inspection, assembling the kits, and getting pre-orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

We know many of you have been patiently waiting, and we truly appreciate everyone who placed a pre-order and supported WRCC Innovations while we brought these kits into production.

We’re almost there! your carbon fiber is coming!

While we're still waiting on an update from our carbon fiber production facility, we haven't been sitting still.

We took the opportunity to redesign our moisture-wicking prefilter lid to make it even better. The new design features a press-in retaining ring that's permanently glued in place, giving the finished part a much cleaner, more refined appearance while improving overall fit and finish.
We know everyone is eager to see these intakes in customers' hands, and we appreciate your patience. We're committed to using this time to keep refining every detail so the final product is the best it can be.

We went back to the drawing board and redesigned our ram air airbox. The result was a gain of 5 wheel horsepower and 4 lb-ft of torque on our naturally aspirated shop truck.
The truck has already gone 11.63 @ 117 mph at a full race weight of 4,600 lbs, proving that attention to detail and continuous development make a difference.
Next on the list is a Whipple setup. We're excited to see how far we can push the platform and what our ram air system can do when paired with significantly more airflow and power.

Prototype Customer Update!

One of our prototype customers has been putting our WRCC Innovations Ram Air Intake through its paces and absolutely loves it.

This truck is currently running one of our prototype systems, but it won't be staying that way for long. As soon as our production carbon fiber components arrive, this setup will be upgraded to the full carbon version.

Designed specifically for the 2018+ F-150 5.0 platform.

We're excited to see these kits making their way onto customer trucks and can't wait to start shipping the carbon fiber production versions.
