Dear Ever After Resale Consignors and Customers,

I am writing to let you know that I have made the difficult decision to close Ever After Resale. It was eleven years ago that we held the first Ever After event. By far, the best part of running this business has been the friendships I have made with both consignors and customers. I have had the privilege of getting to know so many of you and watching your kids grow up.

After making the decision to close the business I really wanted to hold one last, all-seasons sale this summer. Unfortunately, the challenges of having an event while being compliant with the current health regulations is going to prevent us from doing so.

Consignors, if you were registered for our spring event you should have already received a refund for your registration fee. You should also have access to your inventory lists until July 31st. For any consignors that were not registered for the spring events, if you would like to access your inventory in the system please send me an email and I will manually give you access. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.

Our consignors, volunteers, and customers are what made the sales a great experience, and I am incredibly grateful for each of you. Because of you, Ever After Resale has been a blessing to many families in our communities throughout the years. I would like to thank each one of you for your part in making these events happen.

I wish each of you the best and will greatly miss the opportunity to connect with you twice each year.

Thank you so much for your patience during this unique time. I have been waiting to see how things were unfolding before making a decision on what to do with the Ever After Resale spring events. I was hoping to be able to postpone the sales until late May or June. I know that consignors having the funds from selling their items would be especially helpful at this time, and many people have not been able to shop for the clothing that their kids need for the summer.

At this point, even if we are allowed to hold an event like this in June, by the time we have that information it would be very difficult to secure a venue and to get enough consignors and volunteers for the sale.

We will miss seeing all of you this spring, but we hope to see you again late summer or early fall for our next event!

The Hillsboro Sale has been POSTPONED!
After the past couple of days we have all become quite accustomed to postponements and cancellations! We are working with the venue where we hold our sale to reschedule for the end of May. It sounds like this is a very likely possibility, but we will monitor the situation in the next couple of weeks before we announce the new dates for the event.

If you find yourself at home the next couple of weeks motivated to organize and clean your house (raises hand!) consignor registration is still open for the sale. You will see the words "postponed" on the website when you go to sign up, but you are still able to register as a consignor and enter items for the upcoming sale. It may be a great time to go through those closets and toy rooms so you can have a great, clutter free start to summer!

If at any time a consignor decides not to participate in the sale and would like their $10 registration fee fully refunded, I am more than happy to do that. If the sale ends up having to be cancelled over all, I will refund all consignor's registration fees.

We have been working on finalizing dates for our spring sales! We are in the process of updating the website with the new dates and getting consignor registration open! Everything should be a go by this weekend!
