I love rehabbing old quilts and making them look like they originally did. I do my best to find the same or similar fabrics to replace the worn out pieces and I probably will interface the older pieces that are in good shape to give it some strength.
It’s also fascinating how old quilts were assembled and what was used.
This has a blanket as the batting which so far appears to be in pretty good shape.
Just got it today so slowly taking apart while we watch soccer!
Will post pics when back together !
