We love this baby/toddler mat. It’s been with us through tummy time, playing, reading, & lounging. We use it all over the house. Easy to store, move around, and clean! Another non-toxic kids find. 🫶🏼

Finally a coffee maker that doesn’t let me down. No burned taste, consistently good coffee every time, and zero plastic touching the water.

I used to lean on coffee often for energy. Then I learned that it’s important to address the root cause of fatigue. Now I drink coffee because I enjoy it and it’s part of my routine (and I’m Colombian 😄).

My morning routine lately. 🌻 These habits help me navigate mom life these days and maintain my energy.

It feels good to have some time to “pour into my cup” before the day starts. Exercising is another habit I like, but sometimes that doesn’t happen until later in the day hehe.
