Our new shipment of lids aren’t fitting the hot to go cups.

So the last couple hot drinks we made had to go in the cold brew cups with a hot sleeve on them.

The hot water spout on the expresso machine has lost its mind and came out with such force that it busted the tea bag.

But we have the most understanding and easy going customers! Thankful. 😌

We are just gonna pick ourselves up and chai again. 😜
