Apparently, reading might actually be good for your longevity… so really, buying another book is basically an investment in your future. 😂📚

A Yale study found that adults over 50 who regularly read books had a survival advantage over non-readers during the 12-year study.

So this is your sign to grab a cozy drink, ignore the laundry for a little while, and read a few chapters today. 💙

Happy Daughters Day to my two girls 💕 One is 21, one is 3… because apparently I like to keep motherhood interesting. 😂

Raising girls nearly two decades apart comes with a whole different set of highs, lows, laughs, and “what are we doing?!” moments, but I wouldn’t trade either of them for anything.

My big girl and my little girl. Two completely different stages, two huge pieces of my heart. 💗

How cute is my little man? 💙

Starting over again in our 40s has been a whole different kind of motherhood. We’re more tired than we used to be. Life is busier. Some days feel completely chaotic, and there are definitely moments when we look at each other and wonder what we were thinking. 😂

But then there’s this smile. 😊

This sweet little face that reminds me that some of the most beautiful parts of life come when you least expect them. He has brought so much laughter, love, noise, mess, and joy into our world, and I wouldn’t trade this chapter for anything.

Starting over hasn’t always been easy, but getting to watch him grow makes every tired morning, every crazy day, and every hard moment completely worth it. 💙
