🎄 A little sneak peek of what’s headed to The Gingham Granary this week!

I know many of you are still getting ready for fall, but in the retail world, Christmas is already making its appearance! And since our customers are ready to start shopping for Christmas, here we go! 🎄

My car is packed full of wonderful finds, and this is just a small sampling to still load up and make their way into the booth!

I scored this vintage chalkboard while sourcing today!
How cute would this be in a child’s bedroom, playroom, homeschool room, a teacher’s classroom, or vintage-inspired study area?
This is a vintage Cass Toys children’s chalkboard easel, dating roughly to the 1950s–60s, with its original alphabet and number border still intact. The wear, chalk marks, and patina are all part of its charm and give it that wonderful old-school classroom look.
Such a fun piece of childhood nostalgia — and a great one for actually using or simply decorating with.

Closer....!!! I see my big window where I'll be able to look out at my hubby working.
My front door will be to the center - a glass door for more lighting, and a drive in garage door to drop inventory but where my husband plans to park his restored car one day when it's finished, if I give him room!

I’ve rearranged the booth, opened things up, and somehow found room for so much more to see. Lots of vintage, primitive, rustic and gathered pieces tucked in everywhere.

Even if you’ve stopped by recently, it’s worth another look — it feels like a whole new booth! Stop by!

The shop is officially underway and we have framing going up! It’s been something we’ve talked about and planned for quite a while, so it’s pretty fun to finally see boards standing instead of just a concrete slab.

A long way to go, but I had to share a little progress picture. The shop is taking shape! 🔨🏠

A large beveled mirror (18x27approx.) Ready to be hung! A thick brown wood frame and the prettiest scalloped shape. I love pieces like this that can work with so many styles—vintage, traditional, cottage or even mixed into a more modern space.

A little sneak peek of what’s coming to The Gingham Granary at Front Porch Antiques!

I love my shiny, pretty and pastel décor, but I’m having SO much fun adding some of these older, rustic pieces to the booth. An old bread slicer, old relic toaster, ice cream maker and lots of other interesting finds are coming soon! That mirror! Omgosh! It's heavy and substantial. She's beautiful!

Anything you like or remember using back in the day?

You’re going to find a little bit of everything at GG — rustic, pretty, primitive and unexpected.

Prices will be available once each piece is placed in the booth.
