POV: You’re at a quilt guild meeting and the speaker is younger than your grandkids 😂

Yesterday, I had the absolute privilege of speaking and sharing a little bit about my journey as a young quilter and pattern designer. Thank you so much to the Pratt Quilt Guild for inviting me, welcoming me so warmly, and being such a wonderful audience! I’m so grateful for opportunities like this and for everyone who continues to encourage and support me!
And to all the quilt guilds out there looking for a speaker…I’d love to come share my story with you! 🥰

Apparently, I have a serious watermelon obsession.
I saw a watermelon and thought, “That needs to be a quilt!” And somehow… one idea turned into an entire watermelon collection.

From sewing at 8 to starting a quilting business at 15… and now speaking on stage at the Original Sewing & Quilt Expo.
Getting to share my story and passion for quilting from the stage was so special. I’m so grateful for every opportunity to teach, connect, and inspire others to create. I’m proud to be part of the next generation of quilting.

Come behind the scenes with me as I set up my display this weekend for the Original Sewing & Quilt Expo. Getting to share my designs, teach classes, and speak at events like this is something I never expected when I first started quilting. But I am beyond blessed for opportunities like these and meeting fellow quilters is the best part!

From teaching classes and giving a stage presentation to meeting fellow quilters, selling patterns in my booth, and even being interviewed, every day at a quilt show looks a little different!
