Achieving maximum hair growth can be a tricky thing at times. There are many factors to consider such as which phase of growth your hair follicles are in (Anagen, Catagen, Telegen, Exogen), diet, hormone levels, and medication intake to name a few.

Yes!!!! Our goal is waist length hair for 2022, but we must achieve maximum hair health to make that happen!!

When we avoid consistent end trims (I recommend once every 3 months) we run the risk of split ends that split up the hair shaft, resulting in mid-shaft breakage! When this happens, you will experience the total opposite of length retention.

Let the ends go sis….they’re doing more damage to the healthy parts of your hair.
