We have a porterhouse steak, T-bone steak and several sirloin steaks left from the last high grade steer. There's also 2 flat cut briskets. Always have ground beef and hamburger patties. Update: The porterhouse and T bone are sold out. The sirloin steak supply has become limited. There currently is a decent amount of Top Round Steaks, Spare Ribs. Chuck Steak and Stew Beef. We are currently taking orders for Hotdogs. The Hotdogs will not be available at the store.
