One of my side hobbies is supporting our pollinators, which means cultivating a natural habitat that they thrive in! My garden has a ton of native perennials including 4 types of milkweed that allow monarchs to thrive. We love collecting eggs and watching the life cycle from start to finish. We were lucky to catch this monarch caterpillar start its metamorphosis today and go into its chrysalis! It was cut a little short due to receiving a phone call on my phone but it will continue to wiggle and create a hard, protective outer shell that allows it to spend 10-14 days inside changing into a butterfly! My kids look forward to this every year, and so do I! Nature is amazing.

Please help our natural pollinators by planting native plants they thrive on. If you need milkweed seeds, I’ll have a ton to share this fall!🧡🖤🐛🦋

1 cup baking soda
4 bars of grated Kirk’s Castile soap
Lemon/lavender essential oils (optional)

About $27 total cost. 30 minutes of time. 6 months of clean clothes. I’ve been using this in my HE washer for 6 months with no issues and great results 💕

I’ve had multiple brands and styles of dehydrator and this is hands down my favorite one. Easy to use, easy to clean, dehydrates at least 2x quicker than the plastic barrel style ones, and has a great price point. This things a year old and has probably been used 250/365 days…at least. 10/10 recommend.

Well, I hate to have to make this announcement but I had to cancel my attendance for Day Dream Farm Winery’s event tomorrow. With the air quality as bad as it is, and it being an outdoor event, I don’t feel comfortable being outside for 8 hours straight tomorrow! Everyone stay safe this weekend! Hopefully I’ll be able to book another event sometime soon! I plan on making up for it by doing an awesome sale this weekend so keep your eyes peeled for that!
