We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable performing precision repairs at a workbench as they are helping a customer set up their home network on-site. If you’re a problem-solver who enjoys both hardware repair and hands-on IT troubleshooting, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In-Shop Repairs: Performing high-quality screen and battery replacements on smartphones and tablets, plus hardware/software fixes for PCs, Macs, and consoles.

On-Site Tech Support: Traveling to local customers to troubleshoot computer issues, set up Wi-Fi networks, and solve connectivity problems.

Customer Interaction: Providing estimates and explaining technical solutions in a way that’s easy for customers to understand.

Store Operations: Managing repair tickets and inventory via our POS system while keeping a clean, professional workspace.

What We’re Looking For:
Broad Tech Skillset: Must be efficient with standard device repairs (phones/tablets/laptops) and have a solid grasp of networking/Wi-Fi setup.

Communication: Excellent customer service skills—you’ll be the face of Geekmatics both in the shop and in the field.

Reliability: You are organized, professional, and can work independently.

Availability: Saturday availability is required, though shifts are typically rotated/shared with other team members.
