Imagine having a dedicated Party Attendant whose job is to help keep everything running smoothly so the host can actually enjoy the celebration.

We would:
• Set up your decorations and party items (provided by you)
• Help organize and coordinate games and activities
• Keep track of gifts and who they came from
• Assist with food setup and serving areas
• Help load gifts into vehicles after the event
• Keep the party on schedule and moving smoothly
• Be an extra set of hands throughout the entire event

This wouldn’t be full event planning—we leave the decorating choices, themes, and colors up to you. Think of us as your day-of party helper, making sure everything runs seamlessly while you focus on making memories with your guests.

✨ Important Pricing Update ✨

As we move into the new year, we’re making a few updates to our pricing structure to better serve our clients and maintain the quality of our rentals.

• Hourly Rentals: All rentals will now be charged in two hour time slots. This allows for clearer scheduling and ensures availability for each event.
(Ask about the daily rate if you need something all day)
• Floral Arrangements: Our flower arrangements will now be rented separately and will require their own payment and rental agreement. Floral pieces are no longer included with other rentals unless specifically booked.

These changes help us continue providing beautiful, well-maintained pieces for every event. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as Timeless Tots grows 🤍

Timeless Tots Rental Policies & Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our rental policies below:

• Damages: Any damage to our rentals will result in a $150 damage fee.
• Cleaning: A $50 cleaning fee per rental will be applied if additional cleaning is required upon return.
• After-Hours Fee: An after-hours fee will be added for any pickup scheduled after 6:00 PM.
• Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated by mileage. Delivery only — pickup is not available.
• Cancellations:
– Cancellations within 7 days of your event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
– Cancellations made more than 7 days prior will receive a partial refund of the deposit.
• Safety: The renter is fully responsible for all children’s safety while using our rentals. Timeless Tots is not responsible for any injuries or accidents.

By booking with Timeless Tots, you agree to these terms. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality and safety of our rentals 🤍
