Lets discuss different types of tinctures (also knows as droppers or oil).

As we know, C*D aids in a number of things, but primarily with pain, sleep and anxiety.

So, if C*D covers all of those areas in one, what’s the difference between a tincture for inflammation and one for sleep or anxiety?

The key here is what’s known as the Terpene Profile.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in a number of plants (including cannabis), fruits and other things in nature. Some Terpenes you may have heard of are Limonene, Pinene, Linalool and Myrcene.

These terpenes have their own medicinal effects and when you combine them with C*D, you get your different tincture formulas.

For example, a sleep tincture might have C*D combined with Myrcene, as Myrcene is a natural sleep aid, while an anxiety tincture might have C*D combined with Limonene, a natural anti-anxiety.

These different terpene profiles, combined with C*D, are also what separate one companies tinctures from another, as each company can have different proprietary terpene profiles in their oil.

So, if you’re looking for a specific effect from a tincture, be sure to ask about the terpene profile!
