We had the honor of once again being part of the Kids in Disability Sports baseball game, a day filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments. ❤️⚾

For more than 10 years, ACS has proudly supported this incredible event thanks to the passion and leadership of Jerry Serra, whose dedication to these kids and their families continues to inspire us all.

This year, we were especially grateful to honor the memory of Jenny, a beloved member of the KIDS family who touched so many lives. It was our privilege to sponsor the event and provide commemorative shirts in her honor.

Thank you to Jerry, The Home Depot, Brian Worcester, Sean Magee, our ACS team and families, and everyone who makes this day so meaningful. Every year, we show up hoping to give back, but we always leave feeling like we've received so much more.

Michelle Earns a Values Award

After learning of a potential customer escalation, Michelle immediately OWNED IT by taking full responsibility for the situation and acting quickly to resolve the issue before it could escalate further. She proactively reached out to the customer, who was planning to contact The Home Depot, and addressed the concern right away with a clear “not if I can help it” mindset.

Michelle demonstrated WE CARE through strong active listening, ensuring the customer had space to fully express their concerns and feel heard. She responded with thoughtful, timely decisions aimed at de-escalation and resolution, showing genuine concern for the customer’s experience.

Throughout the process, Michelle continued to DO WHAT YOU SAY by confirming next steps with the customer and providing consistent follow-up at every stage, reinforcing trust and confidence in the proposed solutions.

Because of her swift action, clear communication and follow-through, Michelle successfully restored the customer’s confidence and turned the situation around.

Dave Earns a Values Award

During a customer project involving carpet installation in a sunroom and vinyl in a kitchen, an unexpected issue came up. The front door clearance was too tight after the carpet install. Instead of passing the problem off or recommending the customer find a general contractor, Dave Owned It and got to work on a solution.

He tracked down a 12x4 piece of sheet vinyl and installed it in the doorway area, resolving the issue seamlessly and improving the final result. His willingness to step in and figure it out is a great example of Say Yes in action, and the care he showed for the customer experience reflects our We Care value.

The customer was extremely happy, and it’s clear Dave went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you, Dave, for taking ownership, finding solutions and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We’re proud to stand alongside those who serve.

Our ACS team recently joined the The Home Depot Foundation in Phoenix to support a meaningful project at the U.S. VETS M.D. Hawkins Veterans Center.

This is a mission we’ve supported for years, not as a checkbox, but because we’ve seen the real impact it creates for veterans and their families. Projects like this remind us that the work we do can contribute to something much bigger: helping create spaces that support stability, dignity, and new beginnings.

We’re also incredibly grateful for the many individuals connected to ACS, past and present employees and their families who have served our country.

This one made our whole team smile...

During a recent installation in our Pittsburgh market, our installer Rudy discovered a wallet that had gone missing from a customer's home.

Inside was a substantial amount of cash.
He brought it straight to the homeowner without a second thought,
everything completely untouched.

He was alone. No one would have known.
He did the right thing anyway.

The customer's family couldn't believe it. We could.
This is exactly who Rudy is, and exactly who ACS strives to be every single day.
