It was a great day celebrating community and supporting the important work Queens Centers for Progress does to create greater independence, inclusion, and opportunity for people with developmental disabilities.

Customer Experience That Goes Beyond Installation

Great flooring service isn’t just about the finished product. It’s about communication, reliability, and making the entire process feel easy.

There's something special about watching great people grow within your organization.

We're proud to celebrate four longtime ACS team members who have recently stepped into expanded leadership roles:
Kurt Michalewicz → VP of Operations
Tami Kaleta → Director of Operations
Andre Garand → Director of Operations Support
Matt Miller → Sr. Director of Business Systems & Technology

Together, they represent an incredible 68 years at ACS.

Over those years, they've grown through different roles, taken on new challenges, shared their knowledge and helped make ACS stronger along the way.

We believe some of the strongest organizations are built by investing in the people already helping move them forward. These promotions are a reflection of that commitment and of four individuals who continue to grow right alongside ACS.
