Conveniently located on Route 20 North, Reno's Appliance Paterson is also in an Urban Enterprise Zone and charges only 3.5% sales tax to customers taking delivery within the state of New Jersey. Custom appliance installation service was added to the Reno's Appliance menu of services in 2005. Also that year, Reno's was the first in the industry to open a dedicated customer service department. The goal of Reno's customer service department is to help our customers with any general questions, warranty inquiries and repair/service scheduling to our customers anytime after their purchase. Being the best in the appliance business means we're there for our customers before, during, and most importantly, after the sale.
