POV: you used to be cool, now you pack Etsy orders and announce your bathroom schedule 😂 Somebody out there is getting a brand new sublimated tumbler sleeve, and I’m over here wrapping it up like it’s a newborn baby. Custom tumbler, handmade gift, small business owner life, and yes, I better p*e before we go. 🥤✨

Mod Podge + a napkin I found = a brand new trivet! 🎨✨ This easy DIY napkin decoupage project is proof that you don’t need fancy supplies to make something beautiful. I love crafting, whether it’s a deco mesh wreath or decoupaging a shoe! 😆

I always brought crafting into my classroom when I was an educator. One semester we read From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler by E. L. Konigsburg, a fun story about kids who hide in the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art. Our art activities included carving a statue from soap. Why soap? You’ll have to read the book to find out! 📚

Now that chronic illness has taken me out of my dream job in the classroom, crafting is what helps distract me from the daily pain. It gives me purpose, joy, and a reason to keep creating. 💜

Whatever you’re going through, find the thing that makes your heart happy and make time for it. Even small creative moments can brighten a hard day. 🌈

Chronic illness said ‘you’re not doing crafts today’ and I said ‘watch me’ — then took 3 breaks, 2 ice packs, and 1 nap mid-project but the wreath still slapped 🔥✨ 😂 😂 😂

✨ Autumn reminds us that new beginnings often require letting go.

Just as the trees release the leaves they no longer need, we can learn to release what no longer serves us—old worries, past disappointments, and things we simply cannot change.

Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. It means making room for something new. 🌻🍁

Here’s to a new season, fresh beginnings, and trusting that beautiful things can grow when we make space for them. 🤎

Happy Fall! 🍂 May this season bring you peace, growth, and new beginnings.
