Rucker Feed & Seed is looking for an experienced, motivated leader to manage our Pelion convenience store and restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and opportunity to grow with a respected local business.

👨‍💼 POSITION: STORE & RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking someone to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Inventory management and tracking
• Ordering merchandise, food, and supplies
• Employee scheduling
• Hiring, training, and managing staff
• Day-to-day store and restaurant operations
• Maintaining organized inventory systems
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Keeping operations efficient and profitable

🔎 REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Prior management experience REQUIRED
✔️ Convenience store and/or restaurant experience preferred
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
✔️ Ability to manage staff and solve daily issues
✔️ Strong work ethic and customer-first attitude
