Good morning,
Gearing up for my busy season canning all the yummy goodness. I just canned some sinful Apple Butter , nothing like apple butter on an English muffin on a crisp Fall Morning!
I am going to be at the lions club flea market tomorrow in the parking lot of the Kingston Collection from 9 to 4 . I will have salsa , pickles, jams, jellies, beef jerky and all kinds of goodies for the Patriots Game. Hope to see some friendly faces.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I have made some new items, mixed Fruit Jelly, pina colada jam that you can use as a dipping sauce, chicken or shrimp glaze, put in the middle of s coconut cake or on a spoon! Also, kiwi-pineapple jam, strawberry-kiwi jam, and roasted Garlic mustard and black bean and corn salsa. Much more to come in the coming weeks... let me know if you want to order anything and I will get it to you.

Hello, wanted to tell you that I’ve made some new items for this year. There is a love of craft beer out there so I made 2 different kinds of craft beer pickles. The first one is a slightly sweet and spicy IPA beer pickle and also an IPA beer pickle. My son who loves craft beer tried the sweet and spicy pickle yesterday and loved them, I must say they were yummy. They would be great on any kind of sandwich or burger. I also made wild blueberry jam and first of the season Strawberry Rhubarb jam. I have a lot of new things I am planning of making this season including beef jerky, several gourmet mustards and so much more. I am looking forward to a great canning season and meeting new people.

Hello, wanted to update my page since it’s been awhile since I updated my page. I had knee replacement surgery on February 9 and have been out of the kitchen for a while, I have been thinking about some new items that I want to make this year, some of my ideas are apple jelly, pickled garlic, cherry jelly, pineapple rhubarb jam, hot fudge sauce, pickled onions, and beer pickles to name a few. I am also making beef jerky and dried fruit. I’m hoping for another great year of goodies. As always thank you all for supporting my passion. I do have some product left and if you have any questions please let me know. 😀
