✨ PARTY PREP CHECKLIST ✨
A few simple things you can do before The Event Lab arrives to help make setup + pickup quick, easy & stress-free! 🧪🎈

For Outdoor Setups:
🌿 Have the grass freshly cut
📍 Choose a flat, level setup area
🕳️ Fill in any holes or uneven spots
💩 Make sure the area is free of pet waste
🧸 Clear away toys, sticks, furniture & other obstacles
💦 Turn sprinklers off before setup

For Indoor Setups:
🧹 Have the setup area clean & cleared
📦 Move furniture or other items out of the designated space
✨ Make sure we have a clear path to bring equipment in & out

Before Pickup:
🎪 Return all balls back to the ball pit
🧸 Remove personal toys/items from the equipment
✨Make sure our pickup path is clear

A little prep goes a LONG way in helping us get everything set up safely, beautifully & on time so you can focus on the fun! 🤍
