Coffee and wolves: Combine the two and help a worthy cause. 80% of our net proceeds are donated to wolf/wolfdog sanctuaries and causes.

Ask anything you'd like! Who doesn't love a great cup of coffee? To start your day, after a rough day, or as an after-dinner treat ... it's sometimes feels like a freeing experience, doesn't it? As a wolf lover and advocate, I figured 'why not contribute to a special cause while giving people their *morning* freedom'. So, while the mission of helping wolves in the wild continues, (including in Col

orado - right), I want to contribute to those who are now helping those who don't have freedom, by giving them relative freedom from fear in a safe environment. So, as the above says, 20% of all net proceeds will be donated to Big Oak Wolf Sanctuary in Florida, a non-profit wolf sanctuary dedicated to providing a safe place for abandoned, neglected, surrendered and abused captive-born wolves and wolfdogs. Maybe one day people will understand and accept the wolf for the majestic creature they are, and give them freedom to live with their families. They have that right, and we can learn a lot from them if we are willing to listen. Thanks for your support - and ENJOY YOUR SIP!!!

Hey guys! I just want to give a shoutout to our friends at Basecamp Eden.... Pallas Reichman and David Childress and all those involved with this wolf sanctuary venture have been working tirelessly to get this facility open THE RIGHT WAY. There are so many wolfdogs in need of a safe place. Because of unscrupulous breeders, with no regard for the future welfare of these animals, and due to extenuating circumstances (death of their owner, with no plans for the animal's placement), the need is OVERWHELMING! And there is such a stigma about the 'big bad wolf'.
If you want to learn the truth about these animals, if you want to be up close and personal, if you want to see how much we as humans can learn from this species... please reach out to Basecamp Eden. They are also in need of volunteers - so any time you can donate to assist in any way, no one will be refused.
Another phenomenal things about BE is that they will work with people with PTSD. There is a beautiful connection between wolves/wolfdogs and those that need emotional support. Again, these animals are amazing, and to earn their trust - to become a part of their pack - there is no better feeling.

For those that haven't heard, Painted Tree Boutiques abruptly closed all of its stores today - permanently. While it is sad for many, it is not a bad thing for us. We will continue to do events throughout the year and offer all of our incredible wolf-themed items and signature coffees.

I will also be looking into creating a better online shop and perhaps another consignment situation. Either way, Wolf Freedom Coffee and Gifts remains in operation and strong!

If you were at the Pikes Peak Chocolate & Cheese Fest (and even if you weren't), we have a surplus of our yummy homemade chocolates...

Spiced ganache (soft choc ganache with a kick)
"Chunky" (solid dark choc w/cranberries, walnuts and pretzel pieces)

Adult Indulgence (21 and over only)...
White Russian - white ganache infused with kahlua and vodka
Cherry Cocktail - choc ganache w/cherry brandy and chopped cocktail cherries.

They are all paw-shaped and chock full of goodness!

We had a good time at the Pikes Peak Chocolate and Cheese Festival yesterday...always nice to see old faves and neet new friends.

Are you a chocoholic? What about a cheesaholic? Get your fix at any of the Colorado Chocolate Festivals.

Join us on April 4 in Colorado Springs, September in Loveland and October in Aurora... we have our signature bone/paw-shaped homemade YUMMY chocolates. And, as a VIP vendor, we have some extra special treats (tarts, mini cakes or indulgent chocolates - depends on the event). Get your tickets! They are awesome events... and of course, we have our smooth signature coffees and awesome wolf-themed items (blankets, home decor, jewelry, pictures, etc.).

10.15 Won't be able to make it for coffee tasting...all the running g since May has caught up with me and I've got a sinus infection 😞😞 But please visit our booth and all the incredible vendors.
