At Wild Fox Provisions, we have always been committed to providing high-quality, effective h**p-derived products to support your wellness journey. For years, we’ve taken pride in helping you find relief through our high-potency, full-spectrum CBD products. We know how much you value these items for your wellness routine.
We are reaching out today to share some difficult news. The federal rules for h**p are shifting. Starting in November 2026, new total THC limits (capping containers at just 0.4 mg) mean we can no longer offer our current full-spectrum formulas. These new federal rules severely restrict the concentration of total THC and other cannabinoids in consumer products.
Unfortunately, this means we are forced to discontinue or reformulate several of our most popular full-spectrum products, including:
Our entire line of H**p Teas will be discontinued. These products are made with whole h**p flower, and therefore, unfortunately, cannot be produced without some amount of THC being present
All of our Full-Spectrum Tinctures will transition to Broad-Spectrum Tinctures. All THC will be removed from our line of tinctures. Individually, our Farmer’s Batch Tincture, unfortunately, cannot be formulated to meet the new requirements, and will be discontinued.
All of our Full-Spectrum topicals & gummies will transition to Broad-Spectrum. All THC will be removed from these products, but they will otherwise stay the same as they currently are.
What this means for you:
We are currently in a "sell-through" period of these Full-Spectrum items. We have significantly lowered the price of our teas, and we will continue to sell our remaining inventory until mid-November, or until supplies last. We recommend you consider stocking up on your favorite products while supplies last.
What is coming next:
We are working diligently to reformulate our product line as possible to meet these new, strict federal guidelines while continuing to deliver the quality you expect. We will keep you updated on new, compliant products that will soon take the place of your favorites. Keep an eye on your inbox—we’ll be rolling these out over the next few months.
