This is my Story…… Wingstop
Employment & Retaliation Summary
* July 2025: Began working for Wingstop GSR as a General Manager.
* November 2025: Began experiencing what you believe was retaliation, harassment, and unfair treatment from District Owner Shane.
* November 8, 2025: Shane accused your employees of partying and smoking ma*****na after you left. You checked the cameras and disputed his accusations.
* November 11–14, 2025: After you emailed Shane’s supervisor about a training issue, District Manager Jenn told you Shane wanted her to fire you because you contacted his supervisor and spoke up for your employees.
* November 2025–January 2026: Multiple District Managers allegedly told you Shane wanted you terminated. Instead, you were placed on a 30-day action plan. You also had four different District Managers during your employment.
* May 2–4, 2026: After a disagreement with Shane concerning temperature logs and training, you received a written warning. You contacted HR, and HR said the matter was under investigation.
* May 7, 2026: You discovered that 7.5 hours you worked were missing from your paycheck. You have pay stubs, time records, schedules, and emails documenting the issue.
* You repeatedly contacted HR and management about the missing wages but received no response for months. Later, HR claimed you had been suspended on May 2, but you state that you worked and clocked in that day, and you were never told you were suspended.
* After reporting the issue to HR: You believe your District Manager’s treatment toward you changed and that she stated she had lost trust in you because you reported the matter.
* July 2026: You believe additional disciplinary documentation and threats of suspension were used to build a case against you.
* July 20, 2026: You were terminated for an allegedly dirty soda/ice nozzle. You believe this was a pretext because multiple District Managers had previously told you that Shane wanted you fired.
* July 20–27, 2026: You repeatedly contacted HR about your termination and missing wages. You received no response until you stated that you intended to hire an attorney.
