Praise report. After gym time today was able for the first to take a shower without using a shower chair! It’s the little things that I used to take granted until now. God has blessed me during my continued recovery, that along with changes I have made with regards stronger faith, better food choices and amount of stress I allow in my life. Always been a gym rat so nothing new there. Keep pushing, stay positive, and keep God first

May I Stroke Awareness Month.

A healthy low sodium diet has really paid dividends for myself. BP is around steady 120/90 and lost some weight to boot. Not a smoker and alcohol intake has decreased significantly, all for the better. Remember change is hard but for me personally my wife and children have made the changes easier as if not for me then doing it for my family. God blessed me with another chance and I feel selfish to not make chances,especially since a second chance at life
