This family-owned business is absolutely the best place ever to buy appliances. Although their showroom primarily displays Wolf and Subzero, they can provide most any brand of appliance at great prices with unbelievable service that has been consistent over time. We bought an entire kitchen here and they were the ONLY local dealer who didn't complain that our preferred brand (Electrolux Icon) was too hard to get. Last week our washer died and our repair guy said it wasn't worth fixing. Vandegrift had a beautiful new washer/dryer pair in our house the next day and took away the old ones without charge.. It could have been the same day had we called before 2PM. We will never even think about going elsewhere.

Update: Since our original review years ago, we have purchased a washer dryer combo and a dishwasher. Great pricing and terrific service still. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher and needed a part to fix it. Not only did the team get me the part they actually took apart a floor model to get me the part.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. They have a customer for life! Always shop local!

Our oven broke just before the holidays. I called David to help me find a wall oven in stock in hopes of having it delivered before Christmas, emailed him the specs, and he was able to match oven needs and dimensions quickly. On the Monday before Christmas, Tyler and Jim showed up right on time, installed the new oven in 30 minutes--and it fit perfectly! A pleasure to work with all of the Vandegrift team, and we're grateful for their expertise and timeliness.

This place is fantastic. I walked in on Saturday to purchase a new washing machine, and it was installed on Monday! I was lucky it happened to be in stock, but it is clear Vandergrift Inc. runs a tight ship. It is nice to see people take pride in their work -- at all levels of the organization.

The salesman David made ordering so easy, and the coordinator Lindsay was able to move the date *up* from Tuesday to Monday. The delivery guys Rodney and Tyler were so fun. I really enjoyed their company and energy, and they did a great job installing the new washer!

Rodney gave us advice on a longstanding issue with the washer. We still have to test out his theory but if it works out it will be an additional win and reason to work with Bill Vandergrift Inc.
