It’s book release week! Today I’m at the until 3pm, with four titles from the Crafty Chica book catalog! Free bookmark with every book purchase. I also have signed copies in a free bookmark for sale at - Waking Up in the Land of Glitter is a perfect Mother’s Day gift because it’s celebrates female friendships, and mother/daughter relationships. It’s a really fun read I know you will enjoy! Not gonna lie, I’m super nervous about today, this is the first time I have ever had a table as an author. Normally I speak on panels about my books, but I’ve never had a table where I’m actually selling my books at the event! I’m going to have a great time, and I’m excited to meet new people and introduce them to my books! Excited to hang with - i’m so grateful to her for helping me get this book project off the ground! And for creating this beautiful cover that people keep raving about! I’m here until 3 pm, it is a free event! If you are interested in writing your own books, or just want to come and support local authors, come on by! It is such a Beautiful space and there are so many different activities for all ages!

Come see me at the Arizona Author Book Festival this Sunday!

I’ll have copies of four titles, including the debut the NEW anniversary edition of my first novel, Waking Up in the Land of Glitter, featuring a new cover by Susana Sanchez-Young

This is a slightly revised version of this novel, and is perfect for a light summer read. It’s about peaks and valleys of friendships, discovering your true purpose, and living your best artful life. Set in Phoenix 2010, it’s a bit kooky, but lovable. You’ll see I’m inspired by shows/movies like Ugly Betty, Pitch Perfect, Lopez vs. Lopez, ANYTHING by (One Day at Time, With Love).

I have signed copies for sale in my online shop, plus at and online retailers.

It is available online via Random House Audio on your favorite platform.

Joined me for desert watercolor poetry this Tuesday at !

We will use watercolor, markers, and phrases to create a bright postcard to send, frame or use in your journal. Mix and match the phrases to create your own poem. All supplies included, including templates to trace, if desired.

This is the last craft night of the season at Desert Botanical Garden, so I hope you will come out. Don’t forget to add an extra time to walk the beautiful trails and see the illuminated art installations. 6-9 pm, Tuesday, May 5.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF CRAFTERS!
was beyond my expectations! A multitude of classes, business sessions, gatherings, entertainment - but most of all, friendships new and old.

Here is a fun collection of different types of crafters I encountered, let me know which you can relate to! And course, I will need to do a part two, because there are so many creative personalities out there!

Thank you to for inviting me to teach! I taught two session of mint tin nichos, spoken on a panel about art licensing, and was one of the judges for the Iron Craft competition.
