Who doesn't love a good burrito so I thought I'd change it up some did a bacon cheeseburger burritos, chopped up some uncured bacon some Italian sausage, sauteed some onions not big in the rabbit food but the onions help bring out the flavor just a small amount. Sauteed the onions through the ground meat into it cook that up real good, through in the chopped bacon and the Italian sausage the juices from the sausage and bacon will mix into the beef it's really good, and then just throw it together like you would any burrito wrap that sucker up eat it as is or do like I do and Grill the edges in the frying pan is some bacon fat.

So I did a oven cooked brisket because it's too damn hot outside to do it in the smoker, this is the first time I've ever cooked brisket in the oven turned out okay I think, got me a 4 lb brisket, trimmed it real good and marinated that sucker in my maple bacon sauce at room temperature for about 30 minutes, do it in a pan with about a half a cup of beef broth on the edges fat side up, cover that sucker with some aluminum foil real tight cook it at 325 degrees for 4 hours the last 30 minutes take off the top of the aluminum foil bathe some more maple bacon sauce on top of it crank it up to 375° for 30 more minutes so I get a nice caramelization on it. Then take it out let it sit for a little while, I shredded it and it's more maple bacon and we turned it into some cheddar brisket Subs hope you all like it.

Who's Hungry?
Made some Homemade bread
Marinate some chicken breasts in your favorite sauce for about an hour in the fridge, I prefer my maple bacon sauce, then throw in airfryer on roast setting for 18-20 minutes, use 2 forks to shred the chicken, shred your favorite cheese, cut loaves of bread in half, spread a little mayo, your choice of sauce, add the shredded chicken, cover with your selection of cheese, Then broil for about 5-6 minutes until your cheese starts to get a smidgen of browning, Pull out of oven, douse your sauce over the cheese, and enjoy 😉
