Still dreaming of this one. ✨ Reminiscing on last summer’s incredible styled shoot with Sara Judith Events, and this cake was surely a showstopper.

I love an opportunity to get creative while staying true to the classics. This design is a perfect fusion of tradition and vibrancy, with each petal handmade and meticulously placed to create a seamless rainbow gradient.

And the mini cakes to tie the whole table together? Absolute perfection!!

My first confectionery love: the sugar flower. 🌸

There is still such a thrill in watching a simple paste transform into a delicate, life-like bloom! After studying the industry and working closely with , crafting florals that embody the real thing has become my favorite way to create a focal cake. These blooms don’t just stand out on their own; They tie in every detail of the couple’s wedding design.
