Hummus maker Zouhair Mkais offers handcrafted, small-batch hummus with the freshest, most local ingredients he can find. Hello Hummus offers unconventional flavors from Garlicky Black Bean and Horseradish to Lemon Cilantro and Tomato Basil. In addition, Greens & Grains was established in 2016 as the sister of Hello Hummus, offering salads with quinoa, beans, kale, spinach, cranberries and more. MO

Today's the first day of the Downtown Pittsburgh Farmers Market, and we're so glad to be here.
