The Comfort Closet is a community-supported effort dedicated to helping children entering emergency foster placement feel cared for, comfortable, and prepared during an uncertain time.

Through the generosity of clothing & hygiene donations, monetary contributions, volunteers, and community partners, we provide children with clean, comfortable clothing and essential items they may need when entering a new home unexpectedly.

No child should have to face a major transition without the basic comforts they deserve. Together, our community can help make sure every child has something that is theirs—something clean, comfortable, and chosen with care.

Every donation makes a difference. Every volunteer helps lighten the load. Every act of kindness brings comfort to a child in need.

Together, we can fill the closet—and help fill a difficult moment with comfort, care, and hope. 🫶🏻

Hello Friends, I don’t post on this page much with business anymore (that’s mostly on my main fb page) but I have something I would like to start so this page will be switching!!!

I have wanted to get more involved in the Foster Care community and I came up with “The Comfort Closet”. This will be a by donations only!! So if you have old clothes your babies aren’t wearing anymore, from the ages of Newborn - 17yrs old!

This will be a closet for kiddos being placed into emergency placement homes. A lot of the times they come with a backpack or nothing. In order to go into the closets they have readily available for kiddos in foster care, you have to have a case number.

My madre when I was about 11/12 yrs old had 4 fosters kids and unfortunately when they brought everything from home they gave us bedbugs. 100% not their fault but I don’t think it’s fair to go from one home to another and bring the trauma with them.
It is hard enough having to leave home of what you know, to have the same things follow you.

Thank you for following me in all of my journey’s. This one is one I have considered for a really long time and I get the chance…God is leading me there. I couldn’t be more thankful for Him & the people who have led me in this direction and the warriors who are guiding me through it.
