Thank you so much for coming out to support us this last week. I did not mean for everyone to have to stand in the heat and wait. The closure was a long time coming but unfortunately due to unexpectedly losing our front of house (aside from Sylvia!) we had no choice but to shut our doors. Closing a business you love is extremely complicated and layered. So much work and care unseen but I want you to know I poured every last ounce of myself into each bonbon, caramel, confection, or pastry that came out of my kitchen. I know I didn’t get to meet all of you but I hope you know how much your support gave me the courage to get up and try again and again. Not sure what the future holds but I will make sure to repay the kindness to other small businesses that you showed me. Due to staffing issues and the need to prioritize family and health, we have decided to close our shop. This Saturday will be our last day open. We will be forever grateful to our amazing customers. Pistachio pastries available tomorrow! This one has a pistachio mousse, pistachio praline crunch layer, pistachio cake sitting on a sable breton cookie base and is dipped in a white chocolate/cocoa butter mixture. The mini’s are filled with the same but do not come with the actual trompe pastry! 😉💚
