☀️ Looks like this crazy heat is sticking around for another weekend! But we’ll still be OPEN just with shorter hours to beat the heat!

🌻 THIS WEEKEND’S HOURS
Friday: 8 AM–12 PM
Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
Sunday: Closed for regular shopping we’ll only be open that evening for our Barrel Planting Class (ticket required only 2 left)

And don’t let the heat fool you we still have some BEAUTIFUL fall color! Our asters, mums, celosia and more are absolutely rocking, even with these temperatures.

We were able to restock pumpkins at a GREAT price this week, which means we’re passing the savings along to you! We’ll have a great pumpkin SALE running Friday & Saturday!

Remember we also do business and home decorating if you don’t have time or know where to start!

🌿 Barrel Planting Class — Sunday Evening
Because of the heat, we’re moving our class to Canvas & Grain where we can stay cool and still have a great time!

🌱 Our FIRST Plant Bingo — September 27!
I LOVE bingo, so I may be just as excited about this one as y’all! 😂 We’ll have some awesome plant + plant-themed prizes and a fun evening in the greenhouse. Tickets are still available!

Tickets are already available for several of our other events, and we’ll be sharing more details as each one gets closer.

We’re keeping a close eye on that heat and will post any changes to our hours. We’ve also got NEW pumpkins and flowers coming in to join our amazing mums. I’ll be sharing some sneak peeks this week!

My kids have enjoyed our pumpkins so much already! From helping pick them out, to decorating with them, to wanting their pictures taken with them. 🧡

There’s just something about pulling in the driveway and seeing pumpkins on the porch that instantly makes you smile. It gives your home those warm, cozy fall vibes and BONUS: they don’t require watering!

🌼 A little behind-the-scenes perspective on shopping local…

When you ask the price of a mum or anything from a small local business we hope you’ll also remember everything that went into getting that product ready for you. ❤️

Our mums range from $12–$35, from 1-gallon mums all the way up to our HUGE 3-gallon XL mums.

We work hard to source locally whenever we can, which means your purchase isn’t just supporting our little greenhouse it’s often supporting another local farmer or grower, too.

And these plants didn’t simply arrive on a truck yesterday and get placed on a shelf. They’ve been grown right here in our area, cared for through our crazy Missouri weather, watered, fed, trimmed, spaced, moved…and probably worried over more times than I’d like to admit. Many 5am morning watering 😂

Can a small business always compete with a big-box store on price? Nope. And we’re okay with that.

What we can offer is a healthy, locally grown plant, personal help choosing the right one, advice on how to care for it, and someone who genuinely wants you to have success after you take it home.

There’s a whole lot of time, work and heart behind that price tag. ❤️🌼
